Patient Advice and Liaison Services (PALS) offer confidential advice, support and information on health-related matters. They can help with queries about your health, and issues you may have encountered with NHS services, and provide help with how to manage your own healthcare.

They can also give information about the NHS, about the complaints procedure if required, and about support groups outside of the NHS.
